With this 360 degree passive infrared detector you add a spatial motion detector to your alarm system. This detector has a large range with a range of 12 meters in diameter at a mounting height of 3.6 meters. This allows you to secure a large beam in a room with any detector.

The BV-501 detector is equipped with a special MLSP (Multi-Level Signal processing) technology which makes the detection of this detector much more reliable and the chance of false reports is very minimal! The Passive Infrared Element (PIR) is also of the QUAD type. This way both vertical and horizontal movements are detected!

In addition to the motion detection function of this detector, there is also an integrated glass break detection function. This analyzes low and high ambient sounds combined with air pressure differences for detecting breaking and falling glass. The glass break detector has a detection range of up to approximately 7.6 meters.

The detector is equipped with an alarm, broken glass and tamper contact. This detector is also protected against unnoticed opening and removing of the detector by the built-in tamper switch. The product is equipped with an LED status function that is intended for test purposes.
