The detector is suitable for both private and business environments. The model is of course weather-resistant according to IP65 and can therefore be used outdoors. The detector is also provided with an EN50131 Grade 3 quality mark, making the detector suitable for use in high-risk installations.

The detector is equipped with a QUAD pir element for detecting horizontally and vertically moving people. With a detection, the microwave element is activated for a double verification, after which the detector may sound an alarm. Masking this detector is not possible without notification due to the anti-masking function in the detector.

By default, the detector is placed flat or at a 45-degree angle on a wall. Optionally, it is also possible to order mounting brackets for this model, making it possible, for example, to place the detector against a ceiling.
