The PG8902 is a passive infrared motion detector that is suitable for outdoor use due to its weatherproof housing. The housing is equipped with tamper protection so that an alarm will go off when it is opened. The PG8902 is also equipped with the anti-masking function, which makes the motion detector impossible to mask.
The motion detector can detect up to 8 metres and is ideal for placement near front doors or windows. In this way, the intruder is already detected when he or she is still outside, thus reducing the risk of an actual burglary. The PG8902 has an animal-friendly lens of up to 18 kg and can be placed at a distance from the control unit using PowerG technology.
