Procedure for submitting a Quotation

The following steps give an impression of an application.

1. Customer: Request a Quote

Make your choice of products with the 'Add to Quote' button, these will then appear in the Quotation Cart.

2. Credex: Proposal

You will receive a Quotation Proposal from us within 24 hours at the latest.

As a result of your choice, Compatibility, Logic and Volume discount will be examined.

• Compatibility: do the products you have chosen work together?
• Logic: you forgot a product, or is there a better / cheaper alternative?
• Volume discount: for large numbers we apply a volume discount.

You will be contacted if necessary.

3. Credex: Quotation Proposal by mail

You will then receive a detailed overview of the products (with a link to the product).

The quotation remains valid for 1 month as standard.

4. Customer: Modify or Accept Quotation

• Adjust: please indicate by telephone or e-mail, you can also adjust the quantities in the shopping cart.
• Accept: via the orange button in the email 'To Quotation Proposal'.
