RMA Procedure

This service (the official name is RMA - Return Merchandise Approval) helps you to return the products purchased in our store.

This online service is an efficient method to check the 'return' of the products concerned: visibility and traceability so that the return process can be completed satisfactorily.

Follow the steps below if you want to return an item to us.


1. Go to your Account

Create an RMA easily and go to My Returns (RMA) in your account.

Do you not have an account and have you settled as a guest? Then go to: Request RMA.

After your application form has been received by us, we will send you an RMA number with the shipping details by e-mail.


2. Select RMA type

You can choose between the following types of RMA in your account under My Returns:

  • Replacement - we do want you to have the correct product...
  • Refund - cooling off period, too much ordered, wrongly ordered etc...
  • Repair - product does weird or seems to be defective...

Order the wrong products by mistake? Do you send the goods because it is disappointing? Do you have transport damage? Make your choice.

After making a selection, select the product and enter the reason for the RMA.


3. Select Reason Reason

Then you can indicate the Reason for your RMA, there are the following reasons:

  • Wrong Delivery - accidentally ordered the wrong unit or wrong delivery has been made...
  • Check - you suspect something is wrong with the product...
  • Defect - product seems to be defective or has failed...
  • Other - there may be another reason for the RMA...

After you have given the Reason you can give a further explanation for clarification.

Once you have sent the request, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the data you have entered.


4. Sending the RMA

After the application has been processed by Credex you will receive an RMA number with the shipping details.

The RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the consignment.

The address must clearly state your address, telephone number and the description of the problem with the RMA number.

The consumer bears the risk for the return shipment. We therefore advise you to send the package by registered mail and to keep the proof of delivery, so that you can claim a possible loss from your carrier.

The sending of products is at the expense of the sender. Repaired or replacement products will be sent to you on behalf of Credex.


5. Treatment of the RMA

Credex handles the RMA after receiving the products.

After Credex has handled your RMA, you will receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the action taken or to be undertaken by us.

If it concerns an RMA that relates to a repair out of warranty, you will receive an indication of the repair costs from us in advance.


Conditions

When processing an RMA, Credex applies a number of conditions.

RMA is only possible if the request is reached within a period of 14 days after receipt of the products.

In the case of an RMA, crediting of the products will only take place if they are returned undamaged, in their original packaging and without adhesive tape or markings.
