They now do not pick up the button functions. It worked once for one key but now both “fail”. - The twoJA-192J access key tags cannot be enrolled either. The product ID code(s) are not accepted by F-Link - One of the JA-150M wireless Magnetic Detectors w. 2 Inputs has a signal strength of only 10% while others have in the exact same place 80%. I got no advise from you how to resolve/replace the detector/send it back. • missing info : maybe see point 4 • configuration support : very good • after sales etc...: superb. Kontakt ging immer super schnell per mail und auch telefonisch in Englisch oder Deutsch. Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung dauerte es keine 3 Tage nach Deutschland. Bei Problemen mit der Konfiguration wurde umgehend geholfen und das auch noch nach 21:00 Uhr (habe ich in Berlin nach nie erlebt). Kann und werde diese Firma mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen. I have looked for a very good alarm system (Austria) and my decision was the JA-106KR. It was shipped very fast and during my first setup I had a problem of understanding and checked the support. The only thing that I can say - WOW. Very fast, very competent and immediate help. Thanks. The System is very easy to setup and to configure, it just takes some time but it has a very clear structure of the menus. the setup of the MyJablotron Website and App has been done by the Credex Team and I am now able to set or unset the alarm system very easily. Great product - great support - great quality THANKS

Very decent build quality and quality components in this control panel. Me self working with electronics development, i can easily see the great build quality of the device. Personally i like that the system is open for me to configure and so far i have found many interesting options for configuring sensors and programmable outputs to work together in quite complex manners. The idea to have the possibility to do home automation in this unit is just brilliant. Hopefully there will be new sensors like standard 4-20 mA analog inputs in the future. And maybe some multichannel PG outputs. At this point while installing the system i already know this is going to be superb! Support from Credex is excellent. Price is not bad for the control panel, but some of the sensors are quite pricy. Carl

First of all I have to say that the service I have experienced is second to none. It is really to the best level. When it comes to the JA-100 system it is incredible good and it really feels like quality when you see it and do the setup. Everything works as it should. And the amount of devices you can connect to the JA-100 system made it a no brainer to go for this alarm system. At the same time you can use it to control other parts of your house as well... Pure quality and I joy to use :-)

Having reviewed different possibilities for an alarm system, not wanting to be stuck with one reseller or distributor, and having great flexibility with the installation and the future development, I decided to go with this central. The price is competitive to many other devices, considering that it provides more. Having the system already for some months now, it is working great, and permits me to adapt the system to constant changes and development. I'm also happy with the reseller, as the support before and after sell is good. Michel
