Mobeye MCK400 Call-Key GSM Door opener

To open doors and never loose the key ...

When an authorised telephone number calls the Mobeye Call-Key, the relay switches and opens the connected door, gate or gate. The caller does not incur any costs.

Granting access rights is easy. In the secure and clear portal, the administrator assigns the rights, unlimited or for specific time windows (period, day, time). The Mobeye Call-Key automatically retrieves these rights and stores them locally. In the portal, you can read afterwards who opened the door and when.

No internet is required on site, communication takes place via the internal 4G module and the Mobeye SIM card. The Call-Key works with all electronic locks and strike plates that respond to a pulse or switching command.

Relay outputs
The Mobeye Call-Key has two relay outputs for opening a lock. These are bistable relays, which can switch max. 30V/1A. Output 1 switches after an incoming call or SMS command. Output 2 only after an SMS command. The relay switches back after a pulse time, or after a new command.

Automatic unlocking during opening hours
An additional option is the timer to automatically keep a gate or door open during opening hours. By using the schedules in the Mobeye Call-Key, it opens and closes the lock at the set time.

Intruder alarm via the alarm inputs
The Mobeye Call-Key has two NO/NC inputs for connecting an alarm contact. By attaching a magnetic contact and setting a suppression time, the Call-Key also works as a burglar alarm. If the door or gate is opened without first being called by an authorised number, the set contacts will receive an alarm message via app, call, text message or e-mail.

Power supply
The Mobeye Call-Key comes with a mains adapter. Alternatively, a regulated 12-24V DC power source is connected directly.
Optionally, 2x CR123 batteries are inserted; the Mobeye Call-Key then sends an alarm message when the power supply fails.

SIM/Portal Service
The Mobeye Call-Key is supplied with the Mobeye SIM card and works with the Mobeye Portal. Communication is via 4G with 2G as fallback.
For companies with their own access software, an API is available for updating the authorisations.
In exceptional situations, a private SIM card is possible, but this is not preferred. Ask for the explanation and conditions.

Outdoor version
The Mobeye Call-Key has a housing for indoor use. The Mobeye MCK400X is the version in outdoor housing (IP66).

Product Questions

Is it possible for Belgians to easily register the SIM card that you provide? When does the paid subscription start, what are the costs involved and can I immediately order it online?
Question by: Frank on Oct 25, 2023, 4:44 PM
The SIM/portal service for Mobeye applies throughout Europe (and partly beyond). Registration is simple and takes place online, the SIM contract only starts on the day of online registration, even if payment has been made in advance. The costs are €4.00 excl. VAT per month, to be settled once a year. A clear manual is included; If there are any problems with the set-up, Mobeye will provide support by telephone.

A SIM is included as standard with the product. Payment can be made directly to Mobeye.

Best regards
