Notifier NRX-SMT3 Agile Wireless Smoke Heat & IR Multisensor
The NRX-SMT3 is a multifunctional detector. The detector is optical and thermal. This means that the detector gives an alarm as soon as smoke or heat develops. The detector only goes into alarm at 58°C. The NRX-SMT3 is also equipped with two LED indicators. These indicate the status of the detector. In addition, the NRX-SMT3 is equipped with an infrared lens, which can 'see' the room. Through the infrared lens, fire is recognized and detected even faster. This provides extra safety and is very suitable for specific situations, the sensitivity of the detector is adjustable.
Wireless components
The wireless components in the Agile series are suitable for analog fire alarm systems. In order to install them wirelessly, the NRX-USB and NRXI-GATE are required. An analog fire alarm center is addressable and this means that a local alarm can be triggered instead of the entire system going into alarm. The addressing can be set via the two rotary switches on the back. The NRX-SMT3 can be placed in the installation via a B501RF pedestal.
