Yes, you can add cameras in the same network as the NVR (without poe/utp connection to the NVR).

The products of the brand UNV (Uniview) are fully NDAA compliant certified. With this, the manufacturer confirms that the products do not originate from or contain components of the companies involved in the NDAA ban. Also within the European borders, and especially in projects for governments, the demand for such products is increasing.
