The TL280LE comes with antenna and mounting accessories. No box.

Can this unit send out SMS to mobile phones in case of an alarm? How many mobile phones can it send to? What size of cabinet do I need If I want to mount this unit together with the HS2064 unit in a cabinet with space for a transformer and a large batterie?

Yes it can. The dialer has SMS + Data and can send out SMS to 32 mobile numbers.
Everybody with an app can get push notifications.
Small size cabinet is ok for that (ge is ok for that (248 x 298 x 78mm).
